How to Create a Feeling

“How are you feeling?” It’s a pretty common question which we usually give pretty common answers to, especially in passing. 

What if I asked you, “How do you want to feel?” Really think about that for a few seconds. “How do you want to feel”. Did you know it’s an option? You get to create whatever feeling you would like to just by choosing a thought that will create it. Try it out.

Let’s say you want a feeling of joy. What thought could you offer yourself that will create it? For me it would be, “You are loved”. When I choose to think that thought, I feel joy. I create joy for myself and I get to experience it for as long and as often as I’d like.

That’s pretty incredible, isn’t it?  Imagine if you spent your day offering yourself thoughts that would create the feelings you most want to feel. Now go and do it!
