Boundaries

Many of us have this idea that we create a boundary for someone else to follow. That couldn’t be farther from the truth. A boundary is for us. When we make a boundary, we have the responsibility to protect it. Other people get to do whatever they want to do. When they violate a boundary we have set in place, it is our job to follow through with what we said we would do if they violated that boundary.
